Discreet shipping is important to me. What will my order look like when it arrives?

Discreet shipping is important to many of us. The shipping label will simply indicate your address and our Canada INC no information about the nature of the store will be written. Some orders can be packed in bubble envelopes or boxes.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery is free for orders over 99 $ (before tax and after application of the promo code), otherwise the cost is only 10 $ plus tax.

How do you ship?

We ship via Canada Post. Once your order has been processed, a Canada Post link will be sent to you.

How do out-of-stock items work?

Our system will not hold orders with out-of-stock items.

Any unavailable items will be removed from your order, charges will be refunded and you will be notified via email.

I want to cancel my order but it has already been processed

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed.

If you no longer wish to receive the order, we suggest that you mark the package Return to Sender and refuse the order at the time of delivery.

You can also return the unopened package to the carrier and inform them that you refuse delivery.

All orders are considered used once the shipping box has been opened and will not be accepted by our warehouse.

Please ensure that the shipping box remains sealed.

If the package is returned to us, we will refund the order less shipping charges (non-refundable shipping charges are those in effect with Canada Post).

Returns and Refunds

What is your returns policy?

Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, we cannot return or exchange purchased toys and products unless they are defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.

Any item designed to come into contact with a body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resaleable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and cannot be returned.

What should I do if an item is faulty?

If an item is found to be defective within 10 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. The item must not have been used for an exchange or refund.

When sending an e-mail regarding a fault, please include the following information, your order number, which can be found in the top corner of your invoice, as well as your name and the nature of the fault.

Once the faulty item is received in our warehouse (the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us), we will promptly send you a new replacement free of charge once the return has been received and processed. Can I cancel my order or change my address?

In most cases, your order is processed and shipped the same day so that you receive it promptly. Therefore, there is no way to cancel an order once it has been processed.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the address.

In most cases, if the order cannot be delivered due to an address error or the package is unclaimed, the package will be returned to us by the carrier. Unfortunately, the very personal and hygienic nature of our products means that we cannot offer a satisfaction guarantee. Sales are final, as we cannot resell returned products, which end up in the garbage can.

What are the main differences between lubricants?

Silicone lubricant is hypoallergenic, silky to the touch, non-drying and non-sticky. Silicone lubricant is ideal for women with vaginal dryness, massage, anal penetration, sensitive skin, etc. However, it is not compatible with silicone accessories.
