Sensations Plus and sensationsplus.com guarantee you a shopping experience that will give you complete satisfaction.

However, if an item is defective, simply return it to us for an exchange or refund, provided that it complies with all of the terms and conditions below.

Terms and conditions:

No product returns that have passed the 10th day after the delivery date will be accepted.

The very personal nature of our items ensures that we can’t guarantee satisfaction, we offer the exchange for the same product or the refund in the form of a gift voucher if the product is defective only.

10 days:

The date stamped by the post office when returning must not exceed more than 10 calendar days of the date of the order.

Vouchers:

In order for us to process your refund, the returned item must be accompanied by the original invoice.

Condition of the goods:

Any returned item must be in the condition in which it was shipped.

The product must not have been used.

All products must be in their original packaging.

Non-refundable items:

Due to the intimate nature of certain items and hygiene standards, we regret that we can’t offer you any exchange or refund for the following items:

  • All lingerie sets including panties.
  • All erotic accessories that do not carry a guarantee.
  • All condoms.

If these items are returned to us, they will be returned to you at your expense.

Articles under guarantee:

Many of our rechargeable products are guaranteed with the manufacturer or directly in store depending on the company.

Noted that the warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Satisfaction and damages related to negligence are not covered.

Products covered under a warranty vary depending on the manufacturing company from 30 days to 2 years.

It is important to keep the box and receipt throughout the warranty period.

How to return or exchange an item:

Returns:

Due to the very intimate nature of our products, for any return please contact our customer service from Monday to Friday between 10 am and 5 pm before taking any action, we can guide you to the right track.

To do this, you must contact a manager at 1-866-243-9919 or write to [email protected] with your order number and contact information.

** In case of return or cancellation due to shipping note that you will have to assume all shipping and handling charges upon return.

Refunds:

Once we have received the item and we have declared it in accordance with our terms and conditions, we will promptly refund the cost of the goods and taxes.

You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges upon return.

Trades:

Once we receive the item and we declare it to be in compliance with our terms and conditions, we will exchange your product.

You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges during the exchange.

So shipping and handling charges will have to be billed again.

Return of items under warranty:

When you buy an item that has a specific 1-year warranty, please follow the procedure below:

Once we receive the item and we declare it to be in compliance with our terms and conditions, we will exchange your guaranteed product with the same new model.

However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping charges in effect at this time will be billed again.

Method of reimbursement of the amount:

During a refund we will refund the amount on the credit card or the gift card used during the transaction.

Note that we will refund the amount on the card with the highest used balance.

Normally, you will receive the amount within 7 business days after the confirmation of the refund from Sensations Plus.
