Delivery charges
Delivery is free with an order of $100.00 or more (Exception of Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territory with a fixed charge of $20 plus taxes)
The total amount of the purchase must be $100.00 or more after discount and before applicable taxes. The delivery amount will be automatically deducted from any applicable order at checkout.
For an order with a value of less than $100, a fixed fee is required.
For Quebec, New Brunswick, Ontario Manitoba and Saskatchewan the fixed fee is $10 plus taxes.
For Alberta, British Columbia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island the fixed fee is $15 plus tax
For Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories the fixed fee is $20 plus tax
** There may be additional charges depending on the product where the delivery must be made and also depending on the weight and size of the shipment.
Delivery time
Delivery will be made by sensationsplus.com as soon as possible after acceptance of your order depending on the availability of products in inventory.
The delivery time is evaluated from the moment the products leave the Sensations Plus shop.
Generally your order will leave the same day or the next day.
You will receive your package within 1-7 business days.
For the major centers of Quebec and Ontario: 1-2 working days
Rest of Canada: 1-7 business days
When you order before 3:00 p.m. your package is shipped the same day as your order or the next day with the exception of public holidays and weekends.
Deliveries are made every day from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.
Your order will be shipped to you by Canada Post monday to friday.
Is the shipping discreet?
Yes! All orders are discreetly shipped in brown boxes or envelopes so that no one will know what is in your package. No word related to the content will appear on the package.
What do you use as your shipping address?
All orders are shipped and invoiced under our address and business number, no Sensations Plus company logo or name is listed.
You are then guaranteed to receive your purchases with maximum discretion, no one will know the nature of your package except you.
Warranty
As a general rule, the duration of warranty coverage is at the discretion of the manufacturer, which means that it varies on average for a period of 30 days up to 2 years (10 years for some company).
What is covered by the warranty?
The warranty covers manufacture damages only. Satisfaction is never guaranteed.
What cancels a Warranty?
Negligence, cosmetic damage, deterioration of the material due to the use of a non-compatible product, opening of the product, etc. The company or the manufacturer reserves the right to cancel the guarantee if the damage is caused by the person around him or the owner of the appliance.

How to obtain the Warranty?

If you have a problem with a warranty accessory, visit one of our four Sensations Plus stores with your proof of purchase, the box and original contents containing your own accessory.
If you are located outside the Outaouais, contact us at 1-866-243-9919 from Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm.
We will help you in the verification of your accessory, then we can guide you in the procedures to follow for the replacement of it. Take note that the delivery is at your expense.
Procedure for Warranty items with the manufacturer:
When the accessory is guaranteed with the manufacturer you must make sure you have the proof of purchase and the original contents of the box.
Then you will find below the list of manufacturers with the link to contact to begin your steps to replace the defective equipment.
Lost the proof of purchase?
Unfortunately, although we keep our proof of purchases, they are stored and sealed every month. We are therefore unable to find our customer’s bills for cost and time, so it is the customers' responsibility to keep all receipts.
10-day warranty in our Sensations Plus stores:
All our products are sold with a 10-day guarantee on the manufacture.
This warranty is void as soon as the product is used, no genital contact should have been made, which means that if the product does not work you must return to the store within 10 days of purchase.
Your accessory will be exchanged for the same accessory or if it is not available in one of our branches the money will be donated on a Sensations Plus Gift Card.
