How do you choose the right lingerie size without trying it on?
Always refer to the product's size guide. For bodysuits and babydolls, the most important measurements are your bust and hip measurements. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one for optimum comfort, especially for lace models with little stretch.

How do I care for my lingerie so that it lasts?
Hand-washing in lukewarm water is ideal. If you use a washing machine, place your garments in a protective net, use a delicate cycle (30°C max.) and avoid tumble-drying, which destroys elastane fibers.

How do you tell the difference between "hold ups" and "garter stockings"?
Stay-ups have silicone strips inside the lace to hold them in place on the thigh. Classic stockings don't stand on their own, and require a garter belt to hold them in place.

How do I adjust a garter belt so that it works properly?
First, fasten the garter belt to your waist (it should be snug so that it doesn't slip down). Then attach the straps to the stockings: start with the front two, then the back two, adjusting the tension so that the stocking is taut but you can still sit comfortably.
